Hi, I'm Rose
As a yoga teacher and holistic wellness enthusiast, I believe that real life experiences can be powerfully inspiring when shared.
So, I created this space to share some of my own real life experiences, yoga videos, vlogs, and more.
I hope you'll find some encouragement and inspiration here for your own wellness journey, and that I'll be seeing you around often!
Wondering what Holistic Wellness is?
I definitely didn't understand that term the first time I heard it. So just in case you're as confused as I once was, here's a quick explanation:
Approaching health and wellness holistically means paying attention to the whole of our person, rather than simply just the physical aspects. This perspective is all about realizing that the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical parts of who we are, equally affect the whole of how we are.
One of the reasons I'm so passionate about sharing the stories of my own mental, physical, emotional and spiritual experiences is to encourage people just like you to start (or continue) looking at your own health and wellness as more than just physical.
