Wondering what Holistic Wellness is?

I definitely didn't understand that term the first time I heard it. So just in case you're as confused as I once was, here's a quick explanation:

Approaching health and wellness holistically means paying attention to the whole of our person, rather than simply just the physical aspects. This perspective is all about realizing that the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical parts of who we are, equally affect the whole of how we are. 

One of the reasons I'm so passionate about sharing the stories of my own mental, physical, emotional and spiritual experiences is to encourage people just like you to start (or continue) looking at your own health and wellness as more than just physical.

the Autumn Season

While autumn holds an abundance of sweet little pleasures, it can also be quite the challenging adjustment

physically and mentally. 

Getting back into an every-day rhythm, weather changes, and an increased appetite, can be some of the reasons why.
