WHAT TO EXPECT
No two sessions are ever exactly alike. Together, we'll create a practice that meets you where you are on that particular day. It's important to me to check in with my students at the beginning of each private session so I can understand what movements, breathwork, and practices would best support them in the moment.
There is never any pressure to perform or get anything "right." I'll offer guidance, adaptations, and encouragement along the way, while honoring your body's wisdom and your unique needs.
Most sessions begin with gentle movement and breath awareness, followed by a personalized practice and ending with guided relaxation, meditation, or both. My hope is that you'll leave feeling a little more grounded, connected, and cared for than when you arrived.
