MEET ROSE
STREET
I grew up in rural Kentucky, where there were no yoga studios to be found. So the first class I ever followed was an online video, during which my mat became a place of refuge. That class offered me a moment where nobody was judging, nothing was urgent, and the only thing that mattered was showing up for myself one breath at a time.
That experience still inspires the way I teach today. I believe yoga should be accessible, welcoming, and adaptable to the wonderfully unique humans practicing it. No matter your background, body type, experience level, or beliefs, there is a place for you here—a space to feel safe, seen, and free to simply breathe.
My approach is rooted in the idea that wellness isn't one-size-fits-all. You'll often hear me say, "Take the version that serves you," because I don't believe yoga is about forcing yourself into a shape or chasing perfection. It's about listening, responding, and meeting yourself with compassion.
These days, you'll find me sharing yoga and wellness in Paris, continuing to learn, unlearn, grow, and celebrate my community of yogis as we practice together. I'm passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe to explore, reconnect, and simply be themselves, and I'd love to meet you on the mat someday!
POCKETFUL OF PERSONALITY
VIRGO SUN & MOON
My checklists have checklists. I love organizing, and beautifying the details, I could never have too many plants, and a quiet evening at home is a tonic for my soul.
A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS
I can happily eat an American breakfast for any meal of the day.
Bolsters are my favorite prop and become my best friend in every Yin class,
Stopping to pet a friendly dog feels like sun beams on rainy day for me,
A good hug can cure just about anything,
I could spend an entire day testing and smelling floral perfumes (and I have).
Free smiles, gold-edged tarot/oracle cards, BOOKS, FLOWERS, crystals, carefree walks, a caring listener.
My favorite ice cream flavor is vanilla, but the spicer the main dish, the better.
ALWAYS LEARNING
Whether it's yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, astrology, herbalism, or simply learning more about myself, curiosity is my constant companion. I often feel like I need five lifetimes to explore all the fascinating things in this wild, wonderful world.
