Cancellation Policy

Reservation Deadline: All reservations must be finalized no later than two weeks before the commencement of the retreat. Payment Requirements: To secure your spot in the retreat, a deposit must be made at the time of reservation. Cancellation Period: If a cancellation is initiated more than four weeks before the retreat's start date, 50% of the down payment is considered a non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% will be reimbursed to the original payment card. Late Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation equal to or less than four weeks before the retreat start date, excluding medical reasons (requiring a doctor's note), the entire booking deposit becomes non-refundable. Consequently, 100% of the amount paid will be retained. Please note that exceptions to the cancellation policy, especially in the case of documented medical emergencies, may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
